Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING EMAILS WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Modern Day Muffler $250 Store Credit Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Modern Day Muffler and Brakes, LLC, located at 218 South Lyman St, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281 (“Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at July 25th 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, owners, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible person may enter by submitting the Sweepstakes entry form at moderndaymuffler.com and providing a valid email address.
Entrants may also enter without subscribing to marketing emails by submitting the free entry form available at this free-entry page. Email addresses collected through the free-entry form will be used only to administer this Sweepstakes unless the entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications.
No purchase, payment, or marketing-email consent is required to enter or win. The optional vehicle make-and-model question does not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
Limit one entry per person and per email address, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries, automated entries, entries submitted with false information, or entries that violate these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a $250 Modern Day Muffler online store credit.
Approximate retail value: $250.00.
The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable. The store credit may be used only at moderndaymuffler.com and is subject to normal site terms, exclusions, product availability, shipping charges, and applicable taxes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the store credit after delivery.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about October 2, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days of notification and may be required to confirm eligibility before receiving the prize.
If a potential winner does not respond on time, is found ineligible, cannot be contacted, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses fraudulent means, or acts in an unfair, disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other cause compromises the proper administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from any claim, loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Entrants who choose to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect an entrant’s Sweepstakes entry or chance of winning.
11. Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Omnisend, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other social-media platform.
12. Winner List
For the winner’s first name and last initial, available after October 15, 2026, send an email to support@moderndaymuffler.com with the subject line: “$250 Store Credit Sweepstakes Winner.”
