Transmission Line for 2000-2007 Chevrolet / GMC / Cadillac SUVs and Trucks, 4L80, 6.0L, Stainless - TTC0405SS
Our Transmission Cooler Line Kit includes all lines needed to replace the OEM lines that run from the transmission to the radiator. Some models have an external cooler line which we will also include, see Kit Contents below to confirm what is included in this kit!
All lines come Pre-Bent and flared with the correct threaded fittings which reduces your install time tremendously.
Our mild steel lines are galphan coated for added protection. Our stainless steel lines are T304 but are of a special softer blend to help with any possible leaks and include a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

Installation Notes:
- To assemble the Pressure Line use the appropriate length hose to connect TTC0405ASS to TTC0405FSS.
- To assemble the Return Line use the appropriate length hose to connect TTC0405CSS and TTC0405DSS.
- To assemble the Cooler Pressure Line use the appropriate length hose to connect TTC0405BSS and TTC0405ESS.
- For all lines, the ends with the LONGER male ends are used to connect the hoses, the SHORTER ends will go into the transmission/radiator fittings (fittings not included)
- Ensure shipping bends are removed from all lines, they will be tagged with a QR code that shows an instructional video on how to remove the bends.
